IELTS/Lacunza/ Colegio San Patricio Co-operating!

El pasado jueves 1 de junio una vez más el colegio ofreció sus instalaciones y colaboró con la organización del examen IELTS junto con el equipo de IELTS Barcelona y Lacunza. Nueve de nuestros alumnos se presentaron a dicho examen, entre los cuales había una alumna del grupo alto (1º Bachiller) que espera alcanzar el nivel C2 y otra del grupo intermedio (2º Bachiller) que aspira al nivel C1.

La Universidad de Barcelona había solicitado a esta alumna la certificación IELTS. Las otras 7 alumnas aspiran a alcanzar al menos el B2 y esperamos que algunas logren el C1.

También tuvimos candidatos que se trasladaron desde lugares tan distantes como Biarritz y Bilbao para realizar el examen en nuestro colegio.

Crucemos los dedos mientras esperamos los resultados.

On Saturday 1st June the School once again helped host and organise the IELTS exam here on the school premises with IELTS Barcelona/ Lacunza and ourselves working together. We had 9 candidates of whom there was a student form the fast-track group who is hoping to achieve C2 level and one student from the middle group who is aiming for C1.

One student had been specifically asked for the IELTS certificate by her University in Barcelona. The other 7 students are aiming for B2 at least and some hopefully will obtain C1.

We also had another 11 students who had come from as far away as Biarritz and Bilbao who came to take part.

Fingers crossed as we wait for the results.
