Excursión a Sastarrain

 Arriving in the village, we had a jolly walk through the beautiful countryside to the farmhouse. On the way we spotted hens, sheep and even a couple of ducks in the river we walked alongside.

Once there we all set to work making traditional cakes and rosquillas with the monitors. Everyone took their turn at stirring the ingredients and working their magic! Into the oven they went while we all stopped for a well-earned lunch break amongst the hens on the farm.

All the children took home a piece of their baked goods to share their day with their families!
